About the Treatments
The initial AAT appointment includes a health history interview, Muscle Response Testing and a treatment, and takes about an hour and 15 minutes.  The patient first completes a simple health history form, and the practitioner and patient discuss the health concerns relating to allergies and sensitivities.  For the testing and treatment, an arm band is attached to the patient's arm, which transmits the digital frequency of each substance.  After testing the basic items using Muscle Response Testing to determine which substances the patient reacts to, a treatment plan is created.  A priority item is chosen and treated during the first session. Subsequent appointments focus on treatment only, and take about 30 minutes.

Generally, a person will need 4 to 12 treatments for each type of allergy or sensitivity, i.e. food, digestive or airborne/respiratory.  A person may react to many different items during the initial testing session, but clearing the basic items may help clear the reaction to many other items.  For example, the treatments for vitamins, minerals, sugar and phenolics can clear a multitude of foods.  Also, plant phenolics make up the structure of many plants, flowers and pollens, so clearing plant phenolics can reduce the reaction to many airborne substances.

Some patients feel a difference in their symptoms after just a few treatments, but others need to clear several items before a real change is felt.

More than one treatment can be done in a day, as long as the treatments are at least two hours apart.  Most people prefer two or three treatments in a week.
